The app records and displays reports you provide it. These include injuries you suffer, specific medications you administer, and daily activities.

The app stores your data in a medical database maintained by professional staff.

You (or your parental guardian) must sign documents with the University of Colorado. These state you understand the manner in which the research team and app collect your data. These also state you consent to that collection and these uses.

To store or view any reports, you must first authenticate to your mobile device. This shows you are the rightful user of the app.

The research staff will perform calculations on your stored reports. They will do this to provide the general public with recommendations. These will tune the potency and administration of anti-hemophilic medications. They will use computers prepared for medical document processing and storage.

Part of your data is shared as part of the scientific process. The research team will publish calculations based on your records. The raw data is not shared. The raw data is preserved for replication studies. If reused in those studies, it will be used with review by an Institutional Review Board. This will be in-line with current medical research practices.

The app and research staff separate your reports from data that we know identifies you. Your reports refer to one another. All your reports refer to the same randomly-assigned identifier.

You and your medical provider can use the records to guide your treatment. The research staff can connect your reports to identify and retrieve your records.

You may enter data (such as your name, address, or other's names) into fields not made for that purpose. That may identify you to people examining the data. We do not intend to prompt you for such data but have no way of preventing you from entering it. We will not know you entered it, nor be able to prevent people from seeing it if you do

The app does not collect your location when you use it. It does not show advertisements. It does not provide 3rd-party advertisers data about your use of this app.
